# How do I Reverse an entry in the Drug Register?

## As a regulatory requirement, you should not delete any entry in the Drug Register, however you may Reverse an entry if appropriate.

### **Reversing an entry**

 

To reverse an entry:

1. Locate the transaction and click on the **Reverse Entry** button
2. Enter Reverse Entry **Notes** into this field
3. Then click **Submit**
4. Enter the **Primary Username** and **Password/PIN**
5. Then click **Sign**
6. The witness will enter the secondary Username and Password/PIN
7. Then click **Sign**

When you return to the Drug Register transaction list you will notice the  transaction is highlighted red. The Action is marked as Reversal. Expand the transaction to view details.
