How do I link a Prescriber to the Resident?

You may unlink or link a prescriber from your facility or the Resident

Linking a Prescriber to the resident

1. Move to the Residents tab from the dashboard
2. Click on the Resident Info tab
3. Select the Prescriber and Pharmacy Details tab under the residents image
4. Then use the dropdown arrow to search for the Prescriber’s name
5. You may select this name as the Primary GP, or add the Prescriber as an additional GP
   

   

Unlink Prescriber from your facility

1. Click on the Settings tab from the dashboard
2. Click on the Prescriber tab
3. Use the Unlink Prescriber button if for example, the Prescriber no longer works for your aged care facility. In this way you will be able to unlink the prescriber from your facility and the integrity of the database is maintained
   
4. After clicking on the Unlink Prescriber button use the dropdown arrow to select the facility
5. After selecting the facility, the list of Prescribers for this facility will display 
6. Then simply click the correct Unlink button
