How do I change the Status of my Resident?

The resident status may be set to Onboarding, Active or Inactive

Status

 

  1. After searching for and selecting your resident, move to the Resident Info tab
  2. Under the resident image, use the dropdown arrow to select from Active or Inactive
  3. Use the dropdown arrow to make your selection then click Save Status
  4. Then click Close

Note: The status Onboarding relates to when you first convert to StrongCare.
