How do I add the Resident's Prescriber and Pharmacy Details?

When you create the Resident Information you will need to add the Resident's Prescriber and Pharmacy Details in the Resident Info tab.

1.    After searching for and selecting your resident, move to the Resident Info tab

2.   Under the resident image, click on Prescriber and Pharmacy Details

3.   Begin by clicking into the select Prescriber field (or use the dropdown arrow), then select the Prescriber name from the options that appear

4.   Then click on the Update Primary GP button

5.   Under Additional Prescribers repeat this process. then click on the Add Additional GP button

6.   Scroll down the page and locate Pharmacy Details

7.   Click on the Select Pharmacy dropdown arrow and select the correct Pharmacy

8.   Then click on the Update Pharmacy button
