# How do I add Special Considerations?

## Special Considerations include Medication Method, Delivery, Administration and Resident Considerations - anything that should be considered for medication administration.

1. After searching for and selecting your resident, move to the **Resident Info** tab
2. Under the resident image, click on **Special Considerations**

3.   Complete as many relevant considerations as possible. These may be updated at any time.

4.  Click into the relevant check boxes under

- Medication Method
- Medication Delivery
- Medication Administration
- Patient Considerations
- and enter notes under Specific Instructions/Additional Comments

5.  Then click the **Save Special Considerations** button

6.  Click **Close**
