Even if the resident does not have Allergies or Adverse Drug Reactions, this field should be completed with 'No Known Drug Allergies' (NKDA).

  4. Type No Known Drug Allergies into the next field, however this field and the other fields may be left blank
  5. Then click Save List
  6. Click Close
If you are advised that the resident does have an allergy, simply remove the Allergy by clicking the bin/trash icon to the right of the Date Reaction Last Occurred field
