How do I add a Notification for a Prescriber or Nurse?

A Notification is an event that has occurred within the platform. This will notify a user that an event has occurred.

StrongRoom will configure Notifications & Alerts for you during the onboarding process, however you may need to set these parameters for any new staff member.

The purpose of Notifications & Alerts is to assign different notifications and alerts to the different roles of your employees within your facility.

A Notification is an event that has occurred within the platform. This will notify a user that an event has occurred.

For example, Prescribers may wish to be notified that a prescription has been drafted for a resident in their care.

A nurse may wish to be notified that a Nurse Initiated Medication has been administered.

There is no need to action a notification, this is simply information that the clinician may request.
