Documenting successful Administration of Medications

Successful Administration - Packed Medications: You may select that ALL medications were administered or you may mark each individual medication was administered

1. If all Packed medications were successfully administered, click the tick next to All and all medications will be marked as Done
   
2. You will be prompted to enter your password
3. Then click Sign
4. All medications are now marked as Done
5. To mark a single medication as administered, click the tick button as shown below
   
6. Enter any relevant notes into the Notes field
7. Then click Sign
8. You will be prompted to enter your password and the medication will be noted as 'Done'
