Administering S8s & Patches

Administering S8s & Patches: Firstly, you will need to record that the medication has been removed from the safe

Remove from Register

1. Click on the Remove from Register button
   
2. The primary nurse and witness will enter their Usernames and Passwords, and sign off
3. After the drug has been removed from the safe, you are ready to administer

Administering Medication

1. Simply click the tick button 
   
2. If you administer a Patch, use the dropdown arrow to select the location of administration, the Patch Administration guide to the left
   
   
3. Enter any relevant notes, then scroll down the page
4. Then click Sign
5. The primary nurse and witness will complete the Username and Password fields
6. Then click Sign
